Anyone who believes they have been the object of unlawful discrimination, sexual or other harassment, or retaliation at the Laboratory are strongly encouraged to report the matter to Laboratoryso an investigation can be conducted and appropriate action taken.
Laboratorydepartment and division heads, faculty, managers and supervisors who become aware of possible discrimination, retaliation, or sexual or other unlawful harassment at Laboratoryare required to contact the Chief Human Resources Officer or the Chief Operating Officer.
